An outlandish Hollywood-themed manse has hit the market for $11.75 million in Central Florida.
The larger-than-life shrine to Tinseltown, located in Davenport, just 29 miles southwest of theme-park-packed Orlando, features 20 silver screen-themed bedrooms and 25 bathrooms across 14,297 square feet.
“Welcome to the VIP Hollywood Experience Mansion, where you are surrounded by celebrities and heroes!” the Zillow listing reads.
“Close to all major attractions, this is a custom-built compound where anyone can come live like elite movie stars surrounded by luxury.”
In this Hollywood fever dream, each room centers around a classic flick, from wall murals of “Rocky” and a boxing ring gracing one space, to another being decked out with pillows featuring a lurking great white shark and underwater scenery, in an homage to “Jaws”.
The over-the-top nature of the mansion extends to the property’s amenities, which includes a resort-style pool boasting a lazy river and volcano, a bowling alley littered with Oscars and red carpet scenery, and, of course, a private theater.
Edward Johnston of Coldwell Banker Realty, who has the listing, said that the newly completed development is being sold as investment property that could be rented out for corporate retreats or to vacationers.
